TRADITIONAL CHRISTMAS DECORATION

The Glockenspiel (also known as Angel Chimes) directly translates to "Bell Play" which is often described for musical instruments that use bells or metal slats. The Glockenspiel was a change on the traditional carved wooden Pyramids famous to the Ore Mountains. When metal could be more quickly manipulated than wood, these metal pyramids were readily produced, the bells adding another element to  Christmas decorating.
